IT Consultant
Sir Oli asked us to think question on how to solve a company's problem. The problem is this

"A coconut juice plantation has lost 10 million pesos because of spoilage of the finished product"

Here's some of the questions asked

1. Where do you get the coconuts?

2. How do you transport the coconuts?

3. How long does it take to manufacture the coconuts?

4. Do you have any competition?

5. When did the problem started?

and so on...

Now sir Oli said that a good IT consultant only needs to ask four questions in order to determine the possible solution.

Here's the answer to the problem.

"The sales department couldn't give the inventory department the information they need. The result, inventory order many raw materials causing high supply with low demand"

What would the four questions would you ask then?
